2) We are no cancellation of orders placed under the Same Day Installation/Delivery category.

3) We do not cancel connections that have already been booked/installed by technicians.

4) As part of normal business practice, if we receive a cancellation notice and the order has not been processed/approved by us, we will cancel the order and refund the full amount.

5) If a customer cancels Tata Sky connections within 24 hours (twenty-four) of the order on our site, we will consider that request.

6) We would like to tell our customers that we have full authority to decide whether an order has been processed or not.

7) We will refund your customer's amount within 24 hours of the cancellation request ...We will process your refund when we receive your request.
